Most of the staff was nice! The doctor though was a jerk. Dr. Moon I believe, he never introduced himself...Think I would rather stick to Salem or I might try Silverton...
I ve been comeing to hospital and dr large office for over 40 yrs and have always had avery good experiance have always been treated with respect and always have had very professional and caring for all my needs including a recent overnight stay with congest hart failer. Was treated very well all the way through er to the very caring nurses and rn on 5the 3rd floor. Thankyou Santiam Hospital for having one best of the of it all for many miles in any direction
I was visiting from out of state when i got sick & had 2 go 2 the ER 2 be seen (was sick as a dog). My experience was great...the staff was very kind & attentive!!!!! I would highly recommend this facility!!!!!
I checked myself in at the emergency room at 4:50 a.m. They had me in a room right after. I was examined and out by 5:30 a.m. The doctor, the nurses and the receptionist were all pleasant.
Great staff and good people in general. We had our son there after an abrupt home delivery. They took good care of my girl and my son. Their food was pretty great as well!
I'm so tired of always trying to get help here and being pushed aside due to my age. I have gone here since I was 12 years old and am now 22. I feel as though I'm rarely taken seriously and they don't think I know what I'm talking about even though I've been diagnosed with anxiety since middle school. It's even worse that the after hour operator at Santiam hospital told me that my medication refill wasn't really important enough to contact the dr about. The staff and nurses are nice and polite and very professional and are taking very good care of my mother-in-law
To the nurses, doctors, CNA's at Santiam Hospital for taking such amazing care of my grandpa. My family and are so thankful for the tireless and often unacknowledged work you do!! He is on the mend at home after his knee replacement!!
