If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Miguel Fuentes is hands down one of the most unprofessional, arrogant, and dismissive doctors I’ve ever encountered. From the start, he was pushy and controlling, insisting that my mom leave the room even though I am an adult and it was my decision whether she stayed. He was extremely persistent, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and confrontational before even addressing my actual health concerns. I had questions if my one month old was getting enough formula or the formula switch was not working well on him since he seemed to spit out the formula but rather take breast milk. Was recommended he only take 2oz and Miguel Fuentes told me if he was still hungry after to give him the pacifier? called the wic office and they said “oh wow your doctor said that?”. he needs to be retrained or something. Will be requesting to never have him again.
This place is super unprofessional. “DR” TERESA GIRALDO argues with you in front of the child if you don’t do what she wants. She’s super rude and ignorant. She talks over you. It’s time she retires. She places her PERSONAL unasked opinion on you and doesn’t stop even when you tell her she’s unprofessional. I would put a 0 if I could. Unprofessional, unorganized, and very passing like they don’t really check your kid out of tell you anything answer wise.
