Absolutely love Santé Dental! Dr. Melanie Fredette is absolutely the best. The care and patience she has with her clients is unmatched! I explained the issue I had and she was able to resolve and explain in detail the entire process so I felt comfortable the entire time. Felicia the dental assistant was also great and made the whole experience calm and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!!
My interactions with this clinic have been consistently unprofessional. Their approach is rushed, careless, and shows a serious lack of competency. The receptionists are incredibly rude, standoffish, and unhelpful. No one greets you when you walk in; no one asks how you are. At the end of the visit, no one asks how it went. I had an excellent experience during my dental visit. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The hygienist and dentist explained every step clearly and provided gentle, high-quality care. Booking was easy, and I was seen on time. I highly recommend this dental practice for their outstanding service and patient care.
Everything was excellent. Dr. Chisholm was very friendly and attentive to detail. I would rate the service extremely positive, both in terms of price and quality. But only time will tell how well the work was done.
