The staff there is very helpful. Cheri went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with our purchases. I plan on making a trip up there again once it warms up a bit.

Santa Fe Harley is a "100% ALWAYS" place. EVERY time I leave I'm ALWAYS 100% pleased. ALL of the people working there are ALWAYS helpful, nice, friendly and knowledgeable. You can just drop by to chat or visit and they give you their attention. If you have a question that they don't know the best answer - they find someone who does. If your ride is being worked on, when they say it's done - it is, 100%. You can't ever say that they missed something. I enjoy doing both business and friendship at Santa Fe Harley.
We spent 2,500.00. Never will come here again bad customer service in parts and service. Especially Alexis. On one of my husband's Harleys they ruined his back rim and burnt out one of his lights. And now they don't want to own up to their mistakes. The other harley the out the light pods exposed instead of putting them under the fender. This was a waste of our time and money. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their bikes here unless you want them to be ruined.
I thoroughly enjoy coming to this Harley-Davidson..EVERYONE here is completely awesome..will always return!
