A big thank you to the friendly staff and especially Wayne, for letting us park our truck and trailer in your parking lot. Trailered from Arkansas to ride New Mexico and Colorado while our truck/trailer stayed secure at the dealership. Wayne and Hutch are the two lords of SFHD but don’t let it go to their heads. Anthony in parts and service is my all time favor! He is so kind and smart! He always takes the time to explain things to me. The ladies at the front are the ones that make me feel so welcome every time I come in! They know my name, they always say hello and are ready to help me with whatever I need. Like most dealerships, these ladies are the backbone of the operation!
I went to both harley dealerships in albuquerque and then up to santa fe. Best choice i could have made. All the people made me feel they were there to help me find the right bike for me,not just to sell me a bike. Sales, service, and financing, all were great making my experience e joyable. Stopped in when I was in town for work. They were very friendly and helpful.
Saturday we came by with my bike broke down on a trailer. Almost an hour after close. Figured I would have to just leave it outside and wait till they opened the next day. Chris, the service manager came out, helped us unload it and assured us the mechanic would be in to repair it in the morning. True to his word, and now we will be back on the road in a hour. Everyone there was was great, they have a good selection of bikes and merch. Highly recommended!
