Santa Fe HD is the most accommodating dealer I have ever been to. We trailered out from the east coast to ride the great roads here, Chris Mata and his crew allowed us to park the truck and trailer while we rode, and even detailed our bikes when we returned. These guys demonstrate true hospitality!
While admitting being relatively new to the KTM game (especially regarding the software shenanigans) everyone treated me with respect and listened to my crazy-talk about updating MY19 damping software to my MY17 Super Duke 1290 GT. Devin worked the phone and service counter, and committed to getting with his tech,Tristan, to do some research and they scheduled me in for a week later.
