Great group of folks- really made us feel like part of the family! Big shout out to D-Rod for helping us get into the perfect bike, thanks brother! We had an outstanding experience with SFHD and would definitely recommend them.
Wonderful staff. We visited from Kentucky in September and of course didn’t think about Christmas gifts. Called them up and told them what sizes I needed. She sent texts with photos until I found what I wanted and was super nice. Shipped them out and I received them promptly. Top notch!
Stopped in while on a trip from Oklahoma and have to say this rates as one of the best dealers I’ve been too. Great and friendly staff enjoyed shooting the s*** with while there! Again thank you guys for the use of ramp! Lol
We are travelling Route 66 with friends on Harley’s so dropped in to get a memento and say hi. Met by Eric at the door. Great Guy who welcomed us to the store. Great store with lots of cool merchandise. Can’t speak highly enough of Shayla Valdez who looked after us inside helping with our selection from the huge range. Made some great purchases. Great Customer service! Every time I come to the dealership I am either greeted by name, or greeted warmly by HD staff members. I feel at home here. I just bought a new bike and the financing process was pleasant and quick. Your team works well together to serve customers. I’d recommended SFHD.
