Excellent and friendly staff. One of the service team members Thomas Meeks made me feel like a long term customer even though I was only passing through. Great place!
though I have not yet purchased a bike from HD of Santa Fe, Eric and the entire crew there were beyond friendly, beyond accommodating, and I could not have been happier. I will be back to eventually buy a bike from here, hopefully sooner than later
Very friendly people. They had already closed for the night but when I showed up, they open the door and welcomed me inside. And, this was 45 minutes after they had closed!! You don’t see that every day.

If u r out of town this place will NOT get right to you!! First Harley place we have come to that wouldn't get right to us!! The store was great and people inside very nice but their service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
