While admitting being relatively new to the KTM game (especially regarding the software shenanigans) everyone treated me with respect and listened to my crazy-talk about updating MY19 damping software to my MY17 Super Duke 1290 GT. Devin worked the phone and service counter, and committed to getting with his tech,Tristan, to do some research and they scheduled me in for a week later. A wonderful experience all around!! Everyone was very kind and courteous, especially Antonia, who did an excellent job as MC and hostess of the event on 7/15/17! I went to both harley dealerships in albuquerque and then up to santa fe. Best choice i could have made. All the people made me feel they were there to help me find the right bike for me,not just to sell me a bike. Sales, service, and financing, all were great making my experience e joyable.
