Highly Recommended/Best in Birmingham! I have visited many spas in the southeast due to my work travels. Upon arrival at Santa Fe Day Spa I was greeted by a warm and friendly front desk staff. I had a full day of treatments and found it to be of the best and most relaxing I have ever indulged in. Fabulous! I recently became a patron of Santa Fe Day Spa when my husband bought me a gift certificate for a spa day. I travel a lot for business, so I've been to may salons in many different cities. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and found such a beautiful salon. The staff at the front were friendly and personable despite the fact that they were very busy. Certainly not the best day spa I have been to several day spa's in Birmingham as well as other cities. I went for a half-day and found it appalling that the "guest" isn't lead through a peaceful coridor in the back...No...I was lead right by the front doors in a robe while being galked at by a few young boys. I went on Christmas Eve which was chilly and I froze in the waiting area that is right next to the windows. They have a small fireplace but it wasn't even on...why even have it?!? Best of the Best Santa Fe Day Spa has the best service providers. They are always making sure you are taking care of. They try so hard to make you feel special and glad you are there. Never have I felt uncomfortable or out of place everyone ask if I would like a drink or if I have been taken care of.

The best in town I have been going to Santa Fe for years. I have always been treated like gold. I started getting all my services done here because they care about the quality of service I get. I have gone to other salons and never have the customer service I get at Santa Fe. I am compelled to write this because I believe that they truly are the best in town and will do what it takes to make their clients happy.
It doesn't get better than this! I totally just spent one of the most marvelous days ever at the Santa Fe Day Spa. First came a wonderful hour long massage with a very knowledgeable and professional young lady named Melonie, (she was amazing) then came the hair. Love my spa and hairdresser Tiffany! I was surfing the internet and came across some negative comments about the spa that my husband, daughter and I regularly go to for hair, pedicures and massages. I can honestly say that in 6 years we have always found the staff to be very accomodating and friendly. We usually see the same service providers but occasionally have tried others.
