Highly Recommended/Best in Birmingham! I have visited many spas in the southeast due to my work travels. Upon arrival at Santa Fe Day Spa I was greeted by a warm and friendly front desk staff. I had a full day of treatments and found it to be of the best and most relaxing I have ever indulged in. I Thought my Santa Fe Day was Special. The girls went out of their way to make my spa day special. Ladies nothings ever perfect when it comes to beauty and finding stylist who agree on hair.
Certainly not the best day spa I have been to several day spa's in Birmingham as well as other cities. I went for a half-day and found it appalling that the "guest" isn't lead through a peaceful coridor in the back...No...I was lead right by the front doors in a robe while being galked at by a few young boys. It doesn't get better than this! I totally just spent one of the most marvelous days ever at the Santa Fe Day Spa. First came a wonderful hour long massage with a very knowledgeable and professional young lady named Melonie, (she was amazing) then came the hair. Best of the Best Santa Fe Day Spa has the best service providers. They are always making sure you are taking care of. They try so hard to make you feel special and glad you are there. Never have I felt uncomfortable or out of place everyone ask if I would like a drink or if I have been taken care of.
Terrible Hair Stylist--HEATHER!!!! Stay AWAY!!!!! I feel like I HAVE to write this to let everyone know to STAY AWAY from Santa Fe. Usually enjoy- not anymore I have been a regular of Santa Fe Day Spa for a few years now. I would have continued service there, if it hadent been for the unprofessionalism, miscommunication, and un sympathetic staff. my husband called 2 weeks before and booked me an appt. with my regular therapist. five star day spa The Santa Fe Day Spa is one of the best spas in birmingham. They offer only the best in spa services from massage to facials. The staff is very nice and helpful. On my first visit I didnt really know what to expect or do and they helped me every step of the way. It is in a beautiful setting so you are very comfortable and relaxed. The pricing is a little higher than moderate but affordable.
