I AM A VERY UNHAPPY TENANT AT JAMBOREE Lewis Apartment Communities AND NO ONE IS TRYING TO HELP ME THERE AND KEEP IGNORING ME. I WANT TO MOVE OUT BECAUSE THEY BROKE THEIR LEASE BUT THEY WON'T LET ME. I DON'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO MOVE THERE, THERE IS NO PARKING WHATSOEVER AND IF YOU CALL FOR SERVICE, GUESS WHAT? WAIT 2 WEEKS!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS!!!
I love living at Santa Barbara. The property is well maintained and if I need anything, even at night, the crew is always available and respond quickly. Everyone that I have encountered at Santa Barbara is friendly and polite. I feel safe there. Love being close to all the shopping and restaurants. Never hear dogs barking; however, I have seen that some folks allow their dog to use their patio as a potty...yuck!!
