Medical staff and doctor are very professional
He listened to my concerns, did not over react, took conservative treatment options first.
Dr. Gupta replaced my knee in March 2024 and my hip in Jan 2018. He came highly recommended and I am pleased to highly recommend him to others. Both procedures were fully explained as was the recovery process. Everyone at Brookfield Orthopedics is wonderful: professional, courteous and friendly. Word to the wise: following doctor's orders pre and post surgery is essential - you have to do the physical therapy exercises at home everyday!
My experience for my total hip replacement with Dr. Gupta and his staff, both at the office and at the surgical center, was nothing short of amazing—-from my first contact with the staff at the front desk, to the surgical coordinator, nursing assistants, nurses, APRNs, anesthesiologist and Dr. Gupta. Was seen in a VERY timely fashion by Nurse, PA and MD. Very personable and listened to concerns.
Dr. Gupta and his team did an outstanding job at diagnosing and preparing me for my total knee replacement surgery. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but after speaking to Dr. Gupta, it was the right course of action to take for me. Dr. Gupta has a website where you have access to daily exercises pre and post surgery. All very informative and helpful during the recovery process. I was afraid of my knee replacement but it went better than I could have hoped. I believe Dr. Gupta's attention to detail before and after surgery is the reason it was such a success.
This group exceeds expectations. From the front office to the Surgeon. The communication, education, surgery, and follow-up are exceptional!
Dr Gupta takes the time to see us before surgery- not rushed when asking questions. Called immediately when finished. Scheduling was easy and we are thrilled with the outcome. Defiantly recommend Dr Gupta for joint replacement
