Beach Feast Your shrimp are AMAZING!!!!!The service is fast and the servers are friendly. I'll be sure to visit again next time we come to crystal coast
Good Family restaurant We always go to the Sanitary every summer we visit Emerald Isle sometimes 2 or 3 times. It's a great atmosphere, especailly for kids, and the history is neat. The food it sometimes very good and sometimes ok. But it's alway worth a trip
Food is Excellent Everytime I visit Morehead City North Carolina I stop by this restaurant. They have fast and friendly service. All of their seafood tastes fresh and it's great tasting! I love their hush puppies! Their staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant because it's excellent! Everything on the menu tastes great!
great memories We've been coming to Tony's for over 30 years. Even as my family dynamics have evolved, the ambience of The Sanitary has simply become better and the food has always been at the top of the grid. It's like coming home, only if we had a great chef at home! Thanks for the memories!
good times A must stop when you are in the area! Great seafood, great views of the ocean. We always leave with some taffy and a Sanitary t-shirt. Great memories made at the restaurant. Lots of food for the money!
LoveFish Quick and friendly service. The food was fresh and delicious. This restaurant has improved a lot since our last visit in 2008 when the food was only satisfactory.
Mrs. Some of the best food in this area is served at the Sanitary Restaurant. We were seated quickly and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They were very busy the night we went. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant.
Not much to recommend The service was friendly but inefficient, the food bad. On the recommendation of people in the area, we drove an hour to get to this restaurant. Waste of valuable time. Better seafood and service at Red Lobster (which we normally detest), i.e. absolutely nothing special here.
