This is the highlight of any trip to Morehead City for my husband. The food is great, the seafood is fresh, the restaurant is very clean.
Their food is just fine and their setting is perfect especially the back when you're sitting by he window and you can have a look out at sea!!!! Amazing!!
I love this place it's fantastic!!!! The food is delicious. I will surely bring all my friends and family here! Their seafoods are the best items on the menu!

We've been going to the Sanitary Restaurant for years. Love the waterside atmosphere in charming Morehead City. The food is consistently great and the she crab soup exceptional! Their prices are consistent with those in the area and are moderate overall. Can't wait to go back!
Good old fashioned seafood – For good old fashioned seafood and a terrific water view the Sanitary is the best. A must visit while you are on the Crystal Coast.
