Can't say enough good things about this resort! Excellent service at front desk, upgraded room when they couldn't find a king size bed we requested. Beautiful views. Bars were great, service was great. Poolside was comfortable and service was attentive. Will definitely go again!!
The lobby is very nice open and airy but the corridors upstairs are a bit dated. We had a beautiful gulf front view but opening the terrace door to sit and and see was a bit of a challenge. The door was quite heavy and hard to open. Our TV kept going out and the staff took care of the issue immediately. The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and very attentive. Overall great experience.
Stayed the week for the Xcelerate 17 conference. Very nice facilities and staff.
Nice place nice people. Rooms were nice. One downer was that my room smelled like mild dew for the first two days.
The accommodations are great and all of the staff treat us super!! Will be back .
The staff was excellent great location and beautiful views. Highly recommend
