My husband and I have stayed there, used the spa and have eaten many times st the restaurants. We love it all! The Tiki bar staff is amazing and I had the best facial ever! The steak house bartender Alex is s terrific model of the great service !!!
Hung out at the pool Saturday and Sunday, the staff was attentive and friendly. The pool area was clean and well maintained.
I don’t usually like to share negativity however, I feel like I should regarding my experience. Was my first visit and I wanted to see the sunset, my friend suggested we go to your resort. We got there and as expected we waited so we could have a nice table outside not a problem at all. We sat at the table, for quite a while with dirty dishes and glasses and a paid bill, waitress walked by three or four times. 5 stars from start to finish.....been all over on vacations....service and settings impeccable.
I officiated at a wedding that was supposed to be outside, but because of the weather, they took us inside. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. It was a great experience.
