Everything was oerfect here!! Ryan is fabulous!! He always made sure to ask if we were ok and happy whenever he saw us on the resort. Thank you!
We stayed in the Harbour Towers and it was quiet, clean, fully equipped kitchen, great pool and view. Loved it.
I agree I stayed there last night. There was a guy by the pool yelling til like 4 in the morning couldn't sleep I guess they don't have security cuz he was out there till like 4 in the morning. Dirty dishes by the hallway of the hotel sat there all day nobody picked them up had to complain at the front desk. Had dinner at the courtyard Steakhouse my chicken was Raw not impressed won't stay there again.
Four of us went on the Sunset Dinner Cruise located at the Marriott. The only experience we had was in the bar area, waiting for the boat. Our valet service was excellent, extremely courteous and efficient. The bar area was nice... average service, nothing special. My only complaint was the filthy bathroom! It was a single unisex bathroom, toilet unflushed, urine and toilet paper on the floor. Turned around and walked out. My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it all. A slight hiccup on check in (no king bedroom) was quickly resolved by the front desk, thanks to Sitora and Franny. Dinner at Courtside Restaurant was outstanding. David our server made the experience memorable. Even room service was great! The views from the Captiva Tower facing the bridge to Sanibel and Captiva were the best. We will definitely stay here again.
My wife and I just stayed here for our Anniversary and the resort was great! The drive in was gorgeous and the valet were very friendly and loved my car! We stayed at the Captiva tower, our room has a wrap around balcony and was really clean! The staff was great, we ordered breakfast in the morning and even got a follow up call making sure we enjoyed our food! The bartenders were awesome especially the one from Dunedin! We will definitely be back :)
