Beautiful property. Rooms large and very clean. Staff is super friendly. Concierge, Lynn and FD manager, Nick stand out but seriously everyone greets you and helpful. Great pool! Lots of food choices.
As a regular Marriot customer, I was quite disappointed in the fact that the restaurant had a limited menu due to a convention. This information was not indicated on website and I came all the way to the location for the purpose of eating there. Instead I ate at Charley’s Canana Bar and the food wasn’t very good. They also have a limited menu. Additionally, while eating on deck, next to pool, I noticed a large rat down by the water. Overall, not my best experience with a Marriot.
One of my favorite places! Everyone is so nice beside the fantastic venue on the harbor bay!!!
We've spent the past three Mother's Day weekends here. We love it. Drinks in the pool.all weekend long. Room service is the exact same price as the restaurant down stairs. The lobby is beautiful. The sports bar is fun. But by far the star of the show is the brunch cruise. I would do that everyday if I could. We will be back for a fourth Mother's Day weekend next year.
RecommendedNice stay on my wifes employers dime. Nothing against Sanibel Harbour Marriott, i wouldn’t pay $500 a night for any place. I’m going to guess that the resort is still recovering from hurricane Irma damage. Fishing pier was in disrepair and was closed 2/3rds of the way out. They must of had a rif with the condo owners to the north. We parked our truck there to go fishing and when we came back an hour later someone had closed my pickup bed cover. Not cool!
I think at one time this place was exceptional, but it’s a little rundown. We only stayed for one night, if it had been longer I would have been disappointed. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was awesome but the tv didn’t work, the minibar refrigerator didn’t work, nor did the hair dryer. We ate at the Tarpon House with mixed reviews. I had the fish of the day which was good although dry but the accompanying rice and vegetables were inedible. My husband ordered the fra diavalo and it was delicious.
Thank you Marriott housekeeping for throwing away two shoes that i accidentally left behind and not turning them into lost and found ��
