Visited the bar with an awesome view of the Sanibel Causeway and surroundings. Service good. Wine by the glass unreasonably pricey, and they don't do happy hour. Probably will not return.
All the staff was pleasant,they were there to help with any questions. The resort was clean, well kept up and great surrounding.

As this is a nice place an did enjoy it I expected the beds to be as soft as holiday inn but. So I’m outta Atlanta Ga. an I’ve been in Fla. for almost a month living in hotels I cut the trees off the houses working for home owners an after a hard day well if I pay a lot I wat a lot that simple.
First morning my bathroom flooded because of a toilet that was clogged. The second day my room wasn’t serviced at 17:00, they chased me out of my room because they were going to do it and at 20:00 when I went back it was still not serviced... Not really what you would expect for a +$200 room... Very disapppointed!
