In April of 2023, I lost my mother due to medical negligence and I trusted her case with this law firm. I should have known things would go awry when my lawyer was changed out of nowhere. The lawyer they assigned to my case, Amanda, fell very short when it came to my case. I lost my mom in horrific way due to the hospital’s negligence, and my case was treated like it was a last thought. I barely received updates unless I called. Highly Recommend! ! Our lawyer did an amazing job handling my mom’s case . We were constantly informed with any and all updates and Consulted with before any decisions were made . He was Quick on responding to any questions we had and Great with communication whether it was thru phone , txt or email . 5 stars for all of these reasons plus more . Our Lawyer showed compassion and kindness towards her which made her feel more then like a client . Location was not a problem for us , easy to get to !
The firm was very good with my mothers case. Continued to give updates and information provided professional support throughout. My mother’s necessities were covered with high professional standards.
