Very poor customer service. 12 years with them and I’m about to be done.. Threatening to terminate my contract with them ALL because I won’t respond to their messages… Is that even legal? Might have to talk to an attorney on this one… no customer loyalty… charging 160 a month for the smallest unit. 5x10 160 a freakin month.. when it says on their website that they’re supposed to be 80 and the bigger ones are 125 smh I have reached out to other storage facilities and their prices are around 80 dollars as well. Raymond is so kind and friendly every polite and he explains everything and is on it if there is anything needed
