Ordered condolences flowers for my grandson and almost a week later and no delivery. They don’t answer their phones and their voicemail isn’t set up to take messages. Since I live out of town, I had another family member go to the store which was CLOSED down and there were women working there who also knew about this business and shared they’d also had similar experiences where their money was taken but flowers were never delivered. So very disappointed. I will obviously be contesting this charge.
Placed an order for birthday flowers. They were out of a specific flower, so they called to verify the swap. The arrangement was beautiful and was very much loved. Thank you for the great communication and beautiful flowers!
This place sucks don’t order from here just called trying to get a refund for flowers that never got delivered and the man who refused to give me his name hung up on me
Dont buy from here!!! I bought flowers two weeks ago for Valentine's Day. I was told that I would receive pick up location the day before. I have received no communication from the owner and now is not responding to my texts or calls.
Ordered flowers to be delivered and they didn't have them. They upgraded the flowers for me for free. Then went to go deliver to a business and they tried to deny it thinking the employee wasnt there. Eli called numerous times to make sure they got delivered since the business was incorrect. Thank you so much. This is why you order from local florists!
