My issue with Sanger is the scheduling dept. My Dr. wrote a Stat/Urgent/High Priority referral for me due to 6 broken ribs, 4 of which are displaced and broken in 2 or more places. It took Sanger’s schedulers 9 days to make an appt. for me 2 weeks from now. I called them twice and they promised to call me back. Never heard from them, they acted as if they couldn’t care less.
