RENTERS BEWARE!! Do not rent from this company! They are thieves who try to steal your security deposit claiming it's for "damages" that do not exist but rather "light" cleaning which is supposed to be taken care of by the $300 cleaning fee included in the rental aggrement. Beware of these scam artists, they have done this to multiple Families and will RUIN your vacation experience!
SCAM! These guys will do whatever it takes to keep your deposit. Based on other reviews we are not the first ones going through this. We left the house on a perfect state on Saturday as the cleaning team was coming that same day to the house. We assumed that everything was ok as we did not hear back from them. Surprisingly, 4 days after checking out from Villa Provence, we received an email saying that there is a stain on the kitchen counter (size of a coin as you can see in the image attached). WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We recently stayed at a condo in Ft. Myers and booked it through Sanford Realty. I have never met a more rude couple in my life. Also, they said the cleaning people saw a small "stain" on the mattress so they refuse to give us our $500 deposit back. They have no before pics so they have no clue if that was ours or already there. The comment we got was that "We should have looked at the mattress when we arrived!!"
