Sam is the owner and treated me like a "real person" as opposed to a customer. Took about an hour to fix my mower (while I had breakfast). His tech told me what other areas needed to be addressed (along with a good cleaning). I highly recommend Sanford Mower Sales & Service. When visiting, tell them Howie sent you.
