I dropped off my weed trimmer asking them to tell me how much it would cost to fix it. No one told me it was going to cost me $40 to have them tell it is was going to cost $150 to fix. After he told me on the phone about the $150 I said, "Ok ill just come get it and try to fix it myself". "Well you have to pay us $40 to pick it up." he said. "Otherwise we will just use it for parts for someone else." Nice scam. The key is not telling you that they intend to hijack and hold for ransom your weed trimmer. Worst customer service ever. They wrote on my invoice ok to repair up to $90 When I went to pick up my mower the bill was $118.00, when I questioned the price they got mad. So I pointed to the invoice and what they wrote. Ok up to $90.00 The Responce I got was priceless. Well it’s only $20.00 I told them I would not pay a penny over $90.00 and if that was not acceptable they could keep the mower. Worst customer service ever. When you need service think about looking elsewhere.

I have been dealing with this family since I moved to Central Florida though I initially purchased my first mower at a different location prior to knowing of their shop. When it was time to get a new one, I purchased a BigDog from them and now get it service there. Great place to do business, I highly recommend them.

Supposed to be open until 2pm today. They closed early, didn't call me (I showed up at 1:15 to get it), and now they got my generator so no power for Irma. This after Carsten looked me in the eye and (lied) said they would be open until 2pm. Only reason I brought it back is because they messed it up in March when they were supposed to make it "storage ready." They took a perfecly working piece of equipment and turned into a gas leaking, non-running piece of junk.

Not done much business yet, but the times I have gone in , they seem to be nice and helpful,The mowers " pre-owned" seemed to be a little pricey ?I will kept going there until attitudes change from good to arrogant,and unfriendly;
