Scam!!! Stay away they charge $897 to swap old faucet into already purchased new one. They do not deserve your hard earned money!
I agree - this business is a scam. I hired Sanford Kramer to clear a clogged kitchen sink drain. Although the plumber was not successful they still charged me $281.00. On 01/29/14 I called Sanford Kramer regarding a clogged kitchen drain. They told me that there was a $49 fee for sending a plumber and that the plumber would charge based on what he needed to do to "fix" the problem. This is perhaps one of the most inept and frustrating companies. Called and scheduled a service for my kitchen faucet, was told that I cannot be accommodated that day (friday) but was scheduled for Saturday. So I gladly scheduled for Saturday. Saturday came and NOBODY SHOWED UP worse, I spoke to Kris and was told I wasn't even in the list of jobs for the day. Thanks CHRIS H. who I scheduled with. Do not use this business. They are very sneaky and a fraud. Despite multiple attempts to ensure they guarantee their work and having them put it in writing before authorizing work, the did not honor it. They will find excuses even if its not the problem area specific. I was given 2 different time duration for guarantee - neither passed. When calling back, the plumber was very rude and hung up on me. Josh P. was sent to fix a pinhole leak in my condo. He was professional in every respect: from the footies he put on to avoid tracking mud into the house, to the quick and efficient pipe repair job. Most importantly, he was knowledgeable. His ability to answer all of my questions gave me complete confidence in his work.
Just wanted to thank Ray for being so great--helpful, friendly and fast--he is a great plumber!
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this sorry excuse for a company. I had a leak in my upstairs shower. The so called plumber said that the shower needed a new seal. He charged me $145 to fix the leak. Well a few days later the leak was back. He came back and said that he would need to rip out the bedroom ceiling below the shower. And the part he needed was very very rare. Three months later I have still not heard from them. They must have ordered the part from China.
