One of the ladies at the front desk at the walk in clinic is very rude! Maybe she had a long day but I would rather go else where now to simply avoid her.
Was charged 200 dollars for some gauze and a pinky splint. Was in the room for less than 10 minutes. Then the billing department sent the bill to my parents house in Michigan one year later I get a notification that it’s been moved to collections.
They’re very quick and very kind.
I was seen in the ER at the hospital across the street a week ago and diagnosed with a kidney stone. I was told to follow up after a few days with my doc. No doctors had appointments until the following Monday. The walk in wouldn't see me and treated me like I was a drug seeker. For anyone who has ever had a kidney stone, you know how unpleasant and painful it is. Then to be treated this way is unacceptable. Shame on you Sanford... What happened to good patient care. Deplorable!
I had surgery on December 16. They listened to me about my issues, researched the options, came up with treatment options that were different than I had before. The time, attention to detail, the care before, during, and after the surgery was top notch. I would gladly go through another medical procedure here. Thank you for the care you gave me.
