Went in with chest pain and a cough, the multiple test took forever to complete. The medical nurses were super nice but other than that I do not recommend simply because they had me do around 15-20 blood draws out of the same vein over the course of 2 days, they had me do 1000’s of dollars worth of CAT scans and by the end of it I left with a really low dose of blood pressure medication. Unless you have 100% medical insurance do NOT go there, they simply only want your money and your money only.
They don’t care about families of patients. They refused to allow us to go say our goodbyes to my uncle. Hostile staff.
RecommendedDr. Panwalker was very nice and informative, the news I received wasn't good but was told to me very professionally and clearly. Any questions my wife or I had were answered and we left knowing a little more than when we did coming in.
On 5/13 I went to a post-op appointment at the vision center. 3 people in wait rm refused to wear a mask. I sat as far from them as possible, but when called by nurse had to walk close by them. Was told noMasks couldn't be refused service. OK. Staff has chosen to take covid risk, I HAVE NOT. I have a right to be protected. Put noMaskers in their own area, away from people at risk!! I can't avoid them in a small wait room. Shame on Sanford.
Fire inept nurses who dont post contagious rooms as so (too many mrsa & c diff rooms for one small hospital!). This is not a place I would feel safe in. Seemingly understaffed with alot of official looking "dead weight" standing around.

Tonight as I painfully spent several minutes trying to get out of my car, then slowly limped across the parking lot. These Asshats locked the door in my face as soon as I walked in. I will never go there again. They obviously have no empathy and only want to punch out on time. Totally unprofessional.
Staff are well educated,polite, and understand a patients needs
