After we were situated and comforted by the wonderful staff at Sanford Medical center and by the nurse Tami, two individuals came into the room from Labs and the girl by the name Crystal said we're here to draw blood from Adam. One of the ladies at the front desk at the walk in clinic is very rude! Maybe she had a long day but I would rather go else where now to simply avoid her.
