I’ve really enjoyed living at Perdido Isle Apartments overall. The community is clean, quiet, and decently-maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The location in Orange Beach is also a big plus. Management has always been friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they do their best to take care of residents. Terrible careless MANAGEMENT, Very dirty, pool is mostly yellow during Summer, it used to be nice years ago, now it is extremely dirty and neglected, rent goes up 100 per year and nothing works.
Very dirty now, grass super long covered on dog pup, vicious dog breeds allowed now with NO LEASH. Very dirty stairs. It used to be nice years ago, now it is extremely dirty and neglected.
Maintenance was very quick to respond, friendly and efficient
Very thankful for Randy at Perdido Isle after returning home to an obnoxious smoke detector beeping. Randy showed up with a ladder, battery and a great attitude after work hours on a Friday night to fix the issue. Thank you for the great customer service!
