I’ve lived here for eight years and have witnessed many changes since the current owners took over a few years ago. While I have no complaints about the staff, I do have serious concerns about the property’s appearance. The grounds are in poor condition—what was once well-maintained landscaping has deteriorated significantly. The flower beds haven’t been mulched in years, and weeds are growing everywhere. We have seen what was once a beautiful property greatly diminish over the past few years. Property was sold and since then they have downgraded on everything but the rent! No landscaping, property is dirty, pool looks horrible most of the time, rules aren’t enforced, dog poo everywhere! However, you are guaranteed the rent will increase yearly!

My mom lives here & we were able to visit her for a-little bit during the kid’s summer vacation. Management was nice and the apartments are very spacious. Pool is kept clean, little grill area & clean grounds. Wish some of the neighbors wouldn’t smoke on their balcony’s as it makes it hard to enjoy sitting outside. But overall, I am happy my mom found a nice little place to live for her new journey Orange Beach.
