Very dirty now, grass super long covered on dog pup, vicious dog breeds allowed now with NO LEASH. Very dirty stairs. It used to be nice years ago, now it is extremely dirty and neglected.
Maintenance was very quick to respond, friendly and efficient
Very thankful for Randy at Perdido Isle after returning home to an obnoxious smoke detector beeping. Randy showed up with a ladder, battery and a great attitude after work hours on a Friday night to fix the issue. Thank you for the great customer service!
Love this place and the management
We love it here the property is beautiful, the location is very close to whatever you want! The maintenance people do great, always do quality work and very polite. The manager on the property is super nice and helpful and keeps the property beautiful, one of my favorite apartments I’ve been at down here.
