I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I love living here. We’ve been here almost two years with no plans on going anywhere else. This community is a hidden gem in Orange Beach. Just a short two minute walk to the bay and 5 minute drive to the beach. It’s a low density complex with a little over 100 apartments. It’s a very quiet community. Very dirty now, grass super long covered on dog pup, vicious dog breeds allowed now with NO LEASH. Very dirty stairs etc.
Maintenance is great! The office is another story. They are NEVER there. Today I went there at 11 and they just opened up, and they are off the next 4 days. Tried to leave a voice-mail last night and it kept hanging up. Too bad new owners don't care what the office does
