My mom lives here & we were able to visit her for a-little bit during the kid’s summer vacation. Management was nice and the apartments are very spacious. Pool is kept clean, little grill area & clean grounds. Wish some of the neighbors wouldn’t smoke on their balcony’s as it makes it hard to enjoy sitting outside. But overall, I am happy my mom found a nice little place to live for her new journey Orange Beach.
Great place to live, beautiful property with great office staff and maintenance. You will not be disappointed. Go check it out
The location is great.. but that's all. There once was charcoal grills to use. But now there gone it really sucks when the pool is closed and you can't even use the gas grills that they have. The old management was awesome they would have the buildings power washed and looking good. The landscape was well kept, now there are weeds growing everywhere..Very disappointed on what we pay here vs what we actually get..
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I love living here. We’ve been here almost two years with no plans on going anywhere else. This community is a hidden gem in Orange Beach. Just a short two minute walk to the bay and 5 minute drive to the beach. It’s a low density complex with a little over 100 apartments. It’s a very quiet community. Very dirty now, grass super long covered on dog pup, vicious dog breeds allowed now with NO LEASH. Very dirty stairs etc.
