The service side I have only been on 2x and both times were horrible experiences! (only change side is Great) I came in last week to get information on my warrenty n because I bought my suv n ft Walton they acted like it was a foreign concept. I come back today with the warrenty number for a patch and was told an hour n half. I said I am going to leave then come back. Which I left n came back 2 hours later!!!
