The VIP Manager, Joseph Barzelay was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional! He worked very hard for several days to make this deal happen, as I was so “under water” with two 2018 Nissans (a Pathfinder and a Rogue) I wanted to trade-in on the 2020 Murano, that I personally didn’t think a deal would be possible at this time or even in the near future.
