We purchase a certified 2015 nissan altima in January 2018 after first oil change they told us we had oil leak that needed to be diagnosed, also indicated left wind shield wiper was worn ,air conditioning filter need to replace soon. I don't belevie this car was inspected like it should have been ..Now my belt is making sound. Only had this car for three months. ..very very unstatisfed. They will do anything to sell u car but when it comes to taking care your car problem after sales..No help..

Tuesday, I had my car towed to the service department because my radiator went out on my vehicle... They had finished it in a day so i was excited to have my car back... yesterday, I had to have my car towed back to the dealership (which my insurance doesn’t cover re-tows) because whoever the service man was who had been working on my car decided that one clamp would be fine if it wasn’t tight... needless to say, I’m coming out of my pocket for stuff I should have been taken care of the first time
I've always purchased from Sandy Sansing Nissan for the past 10 plus years. I have always bought from Paul Ward who was absolutely amazing but he has moved on and David Bailey took over. I just want to say another satisfied customer he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. He seen I wasn't budging an inch on price and made it happen. That's amazing service right there. I will see him again in 3 years when my lease is up.
