When I had an issue with my vehicle they were very understanding and gave me a rental car while they fixed the issue free of charge. They were polite and very willing to help and gave great service.
The service staff is always super friendly! I got an oil changed, new wipers and new air filter and was out of there in 35 minutes. They are the best.
The whole experience has been bad!! I live 45 miles away so coming over costs me a lot of money! There are mechanical issues with the vehicle which are covered under warranty. I have had to take off work to bring the vehicle over twice since buying this vehicle 3 weeks ago. This last time the mechanic Vince was helpful but unable to make the repairs. So after 3 visits I was directed to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet and of course they can’t fit me in today and they have no loaner vehicles.... I can’t wait to see if they reimburse m... read more
