Without Sandy I never would have found such a wonderful place. She is very knowledgeable with much of Dallas and easily catered to my property needs. Sandy was able to negotiate the terms of our contract to better fit my needs, and did so in a timely fashion. I never though on January 1st I would be able to find such a great property and already be moved in by today. She has established me as a client for the long haul.
