From the moment I spoke to Sandy I knew not to look any further. She was prompt, knowledgeable, very detail oriented and helpful. She continuously made sure I was not being taking advantage of throughout the deal. Real estate deals can get complicated and she knew when to get tough while remaining supportive. Fantastic realtor. My wife and I have moved many time (military) and Sandy is by far the best and most knowledge realtor we have ever worked with. She know the DFW area, and she has a great sense for what you are looking for. She truly represented us as buyer, did a great job in negotiation and was always highly responsive. I can't say enough about Sandy. She is a relentless advocate making sure no aspect of the deal goes unattended, unnoticed, under-appreciated. My condo in the Cedars was a very difficult property to get approved. My pulled out 3 days before closing because of the uniqueness of the property.
