I have not been afforded the opportunity in so long to feel appreciated by anyone in service. I felt the warm atmosphere the second I entered the establishment. You never know how much you can touch a person when you are simply polite and warm. I felt at home with family on my very first visit! I look forward to my next appointment. The ENTIRE STAFF IS AWESOME, WONDERFUL, AMAZING AND WARM.
Everyone in the office is so nice. The doctors listen, take time with you, and are concerned about any issues. No lectures, no guilty feeling that your teeth aren't perfect. They have changed my perviously poor outlook on dental visits.

Overall visit was fine. The front staff and Dr. White are always awesome. I normally see Angie when I come in for my cleanings but due to scheduling issues I saw Whitney. She was VERY nice however when I left, my jaw and teeth were aching. I wasn't able to chew anything for a couple hours. They even hurt the next morning. I have never left the clinic with a painful mouth after I've seen Angie.
Ashley and Dawn are the best. They are very caring and display great customer service. They always great me with a smile. The whole team is professional and friendly. My hygienist is excellent. She is always two steps ahead of Dr. White which means she is a great team player and she knows her job. Dr. White is the best Dentist in VA and I'm glad my coworker referred me to the practice. Keep up the good job.
I was a new patient, and seen the same day for an emergency. I felt completely at ease with everyone there. I will be making Dr's White and Thweatt our new family dentist.
I had an issue with my insurance and Ashley was very helpful and willing to assist me.
I was really glad to come back . Everyone in the office seams like family. I was get excellent care hear. Thank you. Troy
