I always have good things to say about your office. I even use the support that you all have for each other on a personal and business level in my workplace because we lack that support. The office is like one big family and I love that! Of course, I receive good medical attention but the atmosphere is just outstanding!
The hygienist and Dr. Thweatt seemed genuinely interested in how things were going outside of the dental appointment in addition to their excellent care.
Service and staff are always professional....i am comfortable on my appt..nothing needs too change at all
So sorry to hear that you will not be accepting MetLife insurance anymore. We specifically took that dental insurance because your office accepted that insurance. I understand your position, however, I am still upset.
