I'm always super comfortable and relaxed when I come to your office. Everyone is so kind and helpful; hands down the best dentist office I've ever been too. I recommend you to everyone that asks me where to go.

I'm a returning client, it's not often you get to say that the same staff that was there years ago are STILL there! It's wonderful to be back and catch up with all of you. Love the love story (wink, wink) and having a sweet yellow lab as your mascot! I actually look forward to my visits. Keep up the great culture you've got going on!
Compared to other dentists I felt my doctor was not very warm or genuinely interested in me as a desired patient. Not very engaging. Almost shy. Never came around in front of me to enthusiastically greet me. This on top of the practice dropping my Metropolitan plan just over a year after coming to your office. It seems the front office and hygienists are more friendly and conversational and in charge setting the tone than the owners.
Your change to not except certain insurance except for out of network has not made me very unhappy. I looked a long time to find the right Dentist (and I think I have) but the insurance thing bothers me.
It's always a pleasure to work with people that are so friendly and genuinely care about your well being. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and have all the latest gadgets and techniques to scan for problems and fix them.
First of all I love the reminders by email, text, and phone! If it weren't for those I probably would 've forgotten all about my appointment. All other medical appointments only give you an appointment card- which usually gets lost and forgotten about. My son and I were greeted by Jess and the other office associates when we walked in and they were all very friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Heather this time and she was awesome!
