I've never left your office feeling anything but cared for and informed. The times I've required follow-up attention, the staff has made it clear that my comfort is important to them, and they will do whatever is needed to "make it right". I have NO qualms about recommending this practice to anyone seeking high quality, "caring" dental care.
it was a good visit and Whitney did an outstanding job with what I presented her with. Dr White was very clear in what he expects me to accomplish in order for him to care for my teeth.
As usual I was greeted warmly and quickly. My accounts and medical history were updated. As I can now say I dislike rather than hate dental visits as it is NOT painful, no left over affects. Everyone is helpful and pleasant which is something I've never been able to say before Sandston Dentistry. Thank you!

Every person I walked by either greeted me with a smile or said hi. I might not be in Richmond for my next appointment, but I will make the journey back into town because I love it there so much. I am the kind of patient that needs a lot of fillings and I don't mind getting them filled in (even though needles TERRIFY me) going there makes me comfortable when it happens because everyone is so caring and just nice to be around.
