My New 2014 Chevrolet Cruze I went to Sands chevrolet in Glendale to see if cant get approved for a new car to my surprise I did get approved for a new car. I left Sands Chevrolet with the car that I wanted a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze thanks to Mel Lopez.

Worst dealership ever! The people at Sands are the most dishonest sales people I have ever dealt with. Through emails we had agreed upon a price, and when I went into the dealership the person I had been dealing with had conveniently called in sick. Her coworkers told me she had no idea what she was talking about because she is new, and they would not honor the deal even though I had all the emails where she explicitly told me they would. No Complaints Here On a Friday morning, I drove up to the Sevice dept for an oil change, with no appt. Within minutes Victor met me outside. He noticed I was close to the end of my warranty and recommend an inspection as well. Although I was worried this maybe their way of tacking on the bill, I agreed. Within 1hr Victor met me in the waiting area. The oil change was complete, they washed my truck and found zero issues with the vehicle. The cahier Angela was just as courteous and proffesional.

Avoid Sands Chevorlet Service Department Sands Chevrolet is convenient to my location so on occasion over the past 15 years I have used them. My experiences have been consistent. Their ability to diagnose any issue with a vehicle demonstrates an extreme lack of attention to detail. It seems the attention is toward the maximum number of vehicles that can be moved through there facility. Worst service i ever gotten, poor service advisors, should have been one GM closed. Went in for coolant flush and oil change. Received car back with coolant resvoir empty, grease fitting ungreased, power steering low, they marked full on their inspection report. shafted I took my suburban in because the trouble light would not light. I had the dash apart and I also furnished A drawing showing one wire 2 foot long had to be replaced. THEY CHARGED ME THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY BUCKS!!!!!

Stay Away from this place There are numerous reports from customers that this place is involved in scams, such as yo-yo, etc. Numerous complaints have been place with the Attorney General. Do yourself a favor and check out other dealerships and NEVER BUY A CAR FROM SANDS!!!
