Sandra is incredible. I'd been suffering with insomnia for years before finally finding my way to her. She listened intently while I shared, asked questions to understand more, and affirmed my experience as she pieced together the puzzle. Put quite simply, Dr. Murphy changed my life. She solved sleep problems I'd battled for years, identified gut flora deficiencies that wreaked havoc with my digestion and supported a whole range of other healthy habits.
