I have been a patient of Dr. Primka since 2015, and on each and every visit, I find him to be highly competent, as well as kind and compassionate, always looking after my welfare. He is respectful of me, never interrupting me and never talking over me, but allowing me to tell my own story. Somehow, he gives me the impression that he has all the time in the world to spend with me, and I never feel rushed, even though he is the most sought-after dermatologist in Knoxville.
Dr. Primka is an excellent dermatologist who is vey kind and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my nickel allergy and he helped me create a healthcare plan that has led to an allergy free life. I am very grateful for his care, dedication, and support.
I’ve had several office visits with Dr. Gass and she has always been professional, answered all my questions, and she would inform me of any new products for my condition. Dr. Gass is a fine medical professional!
This man and his nurses are amazing! I bought a drink before going in and left it in my car in 95 degree heat, and my procedure was over so quickly and efficiently that my coke was still cold when i got back into my car! He was very kind and i have no scar where he removed a spot from my lip. I also didnt get overcharged, my bill is very reasonable and I'm happy to pay it because my experience was so good there. Thank you!

Dr. Primka is very thorough and caring doctor, and also trained in Moh’s surgery. I would highly recommend him.
I would like to ask how a single review here says that anyone is jealous? How presumptuous to assume that someone caring about their health and not liking how they were treated has anything to do with vanity? I would say that a practice that would state disgruntled patience is jealous should be carefully reviewed. First of all Ms. Gass is a Nurse Practitioner not a physician. I worked directly with her as a nurse and always found her to be very reliable. Let me ask, what physician is ever on time? There are too many people with negative attitudes in this world!!! Ms. Gass is beautiful on the inside, as well as, on the outside. I believe there are some jealous people on here! Unable to state her credentials and online complaining?
