I really like Jodi - very personable and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I also appreciate being informed of recommendations without being pushed. I am informed enough to make decisions on my own health care and appreciate being given information and then being allowed to make my own choice in my own time. At other times I have felt a bit pushed, and that makes me uncomfortable. I called on behalf of Madison Coubal and ortho appt. Huge concerns expressed to me on the competency of the tech working with Madison. The last occasion was expressed by a grandparent. The tech who put the orginal braces on her teeth had a hard time with a couple of them and didnt seem to know what she was doing or at least that was the preception.
