I just felt very comfortable and well-looked after. People were personal, which I appreciated, felt they really cared, including the dentist, the dental tech, and the desk workers.

The financial options were not explained because I just provided a new insurance card and they will be emailing me within the next day or 2. I like how friendly the hygenists are but it is hard when they ask you questions to get to know you when they have tools in your mouth.
Comfortable people, professional and they communicate well. They are making investments in their office to offer up to date tools and procedures.
