By taking so many pictures of my teeth and then explaining what needed treatment and WHY it did (crack or decay) assured me of the attention to detail your office gives the patient.

Mary Ann was my hygienist, and I felt like my appointment took much longer than it normally does. She did a great job and I was very comfortable the whole time, but I was there for about an hour for my regular appointment every 6 months. I feel like it normally takes about a half hour

I was happy that you were able to accommodate the fact that I only had a limited amount of time. As a full time working mom of three small children I would always appreciate a fast cleaning - I find the dye tablets sort of a waste of time and would appreciate the option to skip the "extras" on every visit.

Your receptionist forgot to give any paper work indicating the three options and cost of a full upper Denture, an acrylic denture with clasps or a full upper partial. I think she may have just forgotten to give them to me.

Mary Anne is amazing, she is very calming and gentle. She gives positive reinforcement as well as telling me what I am not doing a good job at. She tells me how to change things up. She is excellent at her job.
