I called on tues. for a troubled tooth that was giving me alot of pain. Appointment was not available until friday am. I understand that thurs. was the fourth, however I dont think that anyone should have to be in that kind of pain for long. Maybe could have started antibiotics to alleviate some of it sooner???
I was late and everyone was very wonderful about it. I love my dentist. He was fabulous and very empathetic and caring!!!!!

I would have appreciated a better introduction to and information on the new dentist in your office. Even notice that I would be seen by him during my visit in one of the multiple appointment reminders would have been fine. His examination was very good and I enjoyed meeting him.
Everyone was very pleasant as usual
Jody and Dr. Romero-Shu provided excellent service, plus the lady who took my payment explained very clearly the cost of additional work I may have in the future
