I started coming after my mom switched a few years ago. I do not regret that decision one bit. Every time I feel that I am treated like family and have never been steered wrong. The service is top notch, cutting edge, and patient oriented. I could not ask for anything more from a dentist!

There was some comfusion which of my teeth was going to be worked on. After numbing the right upper, the dentist realized it was infact the left side upper to be worked on. The chart was written wrong. Not very confidence inspiring and having both sides of my mouth numb! The work it self went very well on the correct tooth in the end.

I am a fairly new patient and I brought along my young adult children. They like the gentleness of your staff but do not like being nagged to brush, floss, etc. I do not like the billing practice of having the patient pay before the insurance payment has been received. After my first visit I had overpaid but I was not informed so my $ was kept 'on account' without my knowledge. All the doctor's offices I have used do not bill the patient until the insurance payment has been made. I will have to pay more attention to this ins... read more

i HAVE SPENT ABOUT 4,000 ON MY TEETH IN THE LAST TWO YEARS AND THERE ARE ALWAYS MORE CAVITIES, ETC. TO BE DONE, THAT IS DISAPPOINTING. i AM 70 YEARS OLD, WHEN DOES THIS END? BOB SMITS

I had a credit that I didn't know about & it was held for about 6 months & I didn't know what it was for. I think a credit should be returned & a reason why you have it before that much time goes by. That's all. :)
